Fix: retry payment model while adding new payment method

Added z-index and background color to .bottom-nav-container to ensure it remains visible above the scrolling table content in the database subNavigation.
Since the logic is inside the Spreadsheet.Cell, there's still a <button> element so we need to make sure that is hidden too.
