Add shared credentials for Lucidchart (lucidchart.com → lucid.app)

Bar check: This meets the shared-credentials bar. Lucidchart and Lucid are the same account. https://www.lucidchart.com/users/login redirects to https://lucid.app/users/login, which returns 200 with the title Lucid visual collaboration suite: Log in. A nonexistent path on that host returns 404. A password saved on lucidchart.com is the password for that same account on lucid.app.

The old site redirects away, so lucidchart.com is marked obsolete. lucidspark.com and lucidscale.com are not included: their /users/login paths currently return 404 on lucid.co.
