Add shared credentials for Codebase (codebasehq.com → identity.atechmedia.com)

Bar check: This meets the shared-credentials bar. Codebase and aTech Identity are the same account. www.codebasehq.com/login redirects to identity.atechmedia.com/login/codebase, which returns 200 with an email and password form, and a nonexistent path on that host returns 404. A password saved on codebasehq.com is the password for that same account on identity.atechmedia.com.

codebasehq.com itself still serves the Codebase site, so it is not marked obsolete. The entry uses identity.atechmedia.com rather than atechmedia.com because that is the host that serves the sign-in.
