Add shared credentials for Loom (useloom.com → loom.com)

Bar check: This meets the shared-credentials bar. useloom.com and Loom are the same product. useloom.com/login redirects to www.loom.com/login, which returns 200 with title "Log into Loom | Loom", and a nonexistent path on that host returns 404. A password saved on useloom.com is the password for that same account on loom.com.

The old apex redirects to the Loom site, so useloom.com is marked obsolete.
