Rationale for this change
Prepare the repository for the Apache OpenDAL v0.57.0 release after the release blockers tracked in #7539 were completed.
What changes are included in this PR?
This PR bumps release-managed package versions for v0.57.0, syncs workspace/internal dependency constraints, refreshes lockfiles, and regenerates Rust dependency lists.
CHANGELOG.mdis intentionally left unchanged for a separate release-notes pass.Draft status is intentional: #7585 is still planned for this release and this branch should be refreshed after it lands.

No runtime behavior changes are introduced by this PR. It prepares release metadata and package manifests only.
