One-file Python renderer (qshape.py) takes a YAML query-shape description and emits an SVG. First example: pr2223.yaml renders h2o Q8's parallel range-window plan, showing the "not K²" fan-in punchline and the K²/exec ORRE within-exec redistribution. Each shuffle_write cell now shows its N record batches as sub-strips; an orange bracket highlights the specific batches reader k=1 consumes from each of its 6 source writers via the range-index (bottom batch for left-halo, top batch for right-halo, whole block for self). ORRE row now draws full N² crossings including self-lines, making the K²/exec cost fully visible against the shuffle's O(K) punchline.
