Make a simple Heart Disease Predictor Classifier Model #3

There is a heart.csv dataset in the REPO.
You have to make a simple Heart Prediction Model using this dataset which predicts whether the person is suffering from disease or not.
Do appropriate Visualization using seaborn or matplotlib.

For your reference you can make use of a Classifier problem already present in the REPO.
