This project is part of Google Analytics Certification
Waze's free navigation app makes it easier for drivers worldwide to get to where they want to go. Waze's community of map editors, beta testers, translators, partners, and users helps make each drive better and safer. Waze partners with cities, transportation authorities, broadcasters, businesses, and first responders to help travel more efficiently and safely.
This project aims to reduce the number of users who stop using or uninstall the Waze app, known as churn. Specifically, the focus is on monthly user churn. While Waze primarily focuses on increasing overall growth, improving retention rates can indicate satisfied users who continue to use the app.
Therefore, this project aims to create a prediction model to prevent churn, improve retention, and ultimately benefit the Waze business.
