- Fix for On-Site-Notifications' new output location.
- Fix for: "Deprecated: strtolower()" when opening notifications pop-up.

Brought back the old icon, just in case of a fallback. If people update the theme, but NOT the plugin.
Fix for "Depreciated strlen(): Passing null" on comments of single pages.
The "qa-c-item-footer" element was overlapping the Voting Down button in the comments. This fixes it.
