Update frontend to:
-Process websocket messages from backend for array data and scatter plots
-Display heatmap and scatterplot for most recently received frame
-Create an interactive timeline for all received heatmaps and scatterplots in the current run
-Display status of experiment via the msg type from backend "start" and "stop".
-Draw a static linecut on heatmaps, to be configured with live data in upcoming merge
Update websockets to:
-Make publisher data available through websocket
