More Formatting Options

Loved this package.
But some of the json I was trying to transform to yaml was particularly complex.
I've added some more options to the formatting to be able to handle my use cases.
It's not as clean as your original, but in case you wanted to use it, I thought I'd open a PR so you could look through it.

@Dokotela I just released a new version (a complete rewrite to support correct handling of nested structures and built-in beautifier). However, I am pretty sure that special symbols in multiline strings are not supported correctly. Do you still have test cases to reproduce the problem? I would like to see samples of strings you have difficulties with.
