The arm build fails with due to aio-pika package missing linux_aarch64 build:
https://github.com/conda-forge/aio-pika-feedstock

210.8 Could not solve for environment specs
210.8 The following package could not be installed
210.8 └─ aiida-core 2.7.0rc0  is not installable because it requires
210.8    └─ kiwipy ~=0.8.4 , which requires
210.8       └─ aio-pika ~=9.0 , which does not exist (perhaps a missing channel).

EDIT: I submitted a PR upstream conda-forge/aio-pika-feedstock#72
EDIT2: Merged, build now works! 🎉
