Old version of Juicer, preserved here for archival purposes. Runs on LSF. See Releases for the different versions.
The hictools jars for creating .hic files (later renamed juicer_tools.jar) can be found here:
- hictools December 02, 2013; produces version 7 .hic files
- hictools December 16, 2013; produces version 7 .hic files; slightly different normalization output
- hictools January 29, 2014; produces version 8 .hic files
Note that for md5sum purposes, the .hic file is sensitive to the version of Java (6/7/8) used to run hictools.
