Migrates CDS extractor scripts used in actions workflows, or intended to be used in actions workflows, to a dedicated `extractors/cds/tools/workflow/` directory. Updates the `cds-compilation-for-actions` script in order to ensure `cap/models` projects are included when looking for CAP projects to compile for unit tests.
