Compare old and new slots maps. Do not close the connections with pools for which the slots map is changed only, i.e. close the connections with non-needed anymore pools only (with instances that have not slots).

These changes have been implemented in the scope of Redis DB solution integration to the cloud infrastructure for a products of one of the world leading providers of Information and Communication Technologies.
