What changed

Adds multi-window handoff guidance to the Boomerang Tasks Key Considerations section while preserving the latest navigation guidance.

Why this change was made

The paired Zoo Code fix guarantees that a completed subtask returns only when its parent still awaits that specific handoff. The documentation now states that behavior for users running Zoo Code in multiple VS Code windows.

Impact

Users can understand how completion ownership behaves across windows and why activity elsewhere cannot replace a newer subtask handoff with stale completion.
