Add a double elimination bracket example to the demo to showcase how the library can simulate complex tournament structures.
The demo uses three separate single-elimination bracket instances (Winners, Losers, Grand Finals) combined with custom CSS for layout and visual connectors to create a realistic double elimination experience.
