Fix issues with connected realms

• Fixed Accountability tab not showing data for characters on other servers in connected realm clusters
• Fixed Death Log not sending or recording deaths for characters on other servers in the cluster

There are a couple of hardcore guilds on the Atiesh/Azuresong/Myzrael/Old Blanchy classic era connected realm cluster since Bloodsail Buccaneers is pretty unplayable nowadays. These commits fix some issues I noticed playing on the connected realms.

I've tested it on several realms across the connected realm cluster, as well as back on the unconnected Bloodsail Buccaneers server, and both Accountability and the Death Log work as expected on both.
