EasyAmplicon 2

EasyAmplicon 2 是一个简单易用的扩增子分析流程，支持二代短读（BGI、Illumina）和三代长读（PacBio、Nanopore）测序数据分析，以及分析结果统计与绘图。

EasyAmplicon is a simple and easy-to-use amplicon analysis workflow that supports analysis of next-generation (BGI, Illumina) and third-generation (PacBio, Nanopore) sequencing data, as well as statistics and graphing of analysis results.

Quick start (快速开始)

Using Windows 10+ as example:

1. Open RStudio, set termianl as Git Bash (Tools -- Global Options -- Terminal -- New termianls -- Git Bash -- OK)
2. File -- Open File -- EasyAmplicon folder -- pipeline.sh (windows/linux) or pipeline_mac.sh (mac)
3. Setup the work directory(wd), and EasyMicrobiome directory(db), then run each line by click run in top right corner
