This PR adds a new developer-facing documentation page titled “USDC on XDC QuickStart Guide” under
docs/xdcchain/developers/. It walks developers through using Viem and Node.js to check USDC balances and send transfers on the XDC Apothem Testnet. Includes step-by-step setup, code examples, and error handling.
