package-ecosystementries in the Dependabot configuration enforce a cooldown of at least 4 days, while excluding Workiva-scoped packages (@workiva/*) from the cooldown.A 4-day cooldown (
cooldown.default-days: 4) is added where none exists, and any npm cooldown currently shorter than 4 days is raised to 4. Every npm cooldown block is also given anexcludeentry for@workiva/*so internal Workiva packages continue to update without delay. npm cooldowns already at 4 or more days are left unchanged, existing values are never lowered, and no other ecosystems are affected. Both.github/dependabot.ymland.github/dependabot.yamlare covered.Repositories opted into Renovate (with both
