Format the markdown file of the "How Your Plugin Assets Work" page according to the actual published page: https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-org/plugin-assets/

  • Add h1 title
  • Convert to h2,h3 headings
  • Use - instead of * for the list format
  • Fix redundant image tags
  • Remove trailing spaces
  • Use code tags
