What kind of PR is this?
Changes my role to be CI/CD maintainer as i have very little knowledge in Java code overall but that i have confidence in GitHub Actions and similar instead.
What changes does this PR make?
Adds a new role called
CI_MAINTAINERwith green color assigned to it.Anything else we should know?
