Fix: Apply pre_attn_layout in torch/vanilla attention paths

Problem

Pipeline crashes with ValueError when segmentation fails to detect a subject, resulting in an empty mask.

Solution

Added check for empty coordinate arrays in get_mask_boxes(). Returns full-frame fallback bbox instead of crashing.
