Moore Threads is a startup company which aims on producing competitive chinese-owned graphics cards. It introduce the unique software stack "MUSA" to help developers migrating from CUDA community. This patch makes Wan2.1 available on MUSA encionment to enjoy the benefits from Moore Threads' high performance GPU!
