Contains new installation for the MultiTaction screen, configurations, set up an application, and references.
- Connect the PC that has MultiTaction installed to the router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet
- Connect the MT screen to the same router via an Ethernet cable
- Launch the screen and check its IP Address from the Auto DHCP panel and then switch it to Manual and make the IP address something out of the standard range that can be given by the auto DHCP to the connected devices (i.e., 192.168.8.225)
- Go to External source and navigate to
config.txtfile under:C:\Users\multi\AppData\Roaming\MultiTouchand update theNetBridge>host = {ip address you added to the screen ie, 192.168.8.225} - Then Save changes
- Start the server then the MT Showcase App
Note:
- For Points 1 and 2 above:
Screen can be connected directly to the PC if the Ethernet is Crossover not Straight-Through

C:\Users\multi\AppData\Roaming\MultiTouch
To keep the MT screen working on a regular touchscreen or via an IP (Infra Red) Sensor you have to uncomment
