LR2Nexus might be impacting the game's performance

When transitioning between different scenes in the game (for example, song selection > gameplay > results screen > song selection), there's a noticeable freeze for 3-5 seconds.

This issue is specific to lr2nexus.exe. When using the original lr2.exe under the same conditions (same skins, songs, and settings), transitions are perfectly smooth, with no freezes. This is strange; I'm not sure the issue is actually specific to lr2nexus.exe.

Just checked out the process.start() part of this launcher,
and I noticed some potential factors that affects the game's performance.
I will fix it on the next release and let's see if it is working

In my environment, I feel OK for now, but even after fixing it, I feel the same acutally. So I will apply that change.

For now, there's no detailed logging. So if it isn't fixed on the next release, then it's appreciated :D
