[Feature Request] Section type grade filter

Overview

Add a new filter for grade data to aggregate based on section type. The UTD section types are as follows:

Section prefix	Meaning
0xx	Normal day lecture (before 5 PM)
0Wx	Online class
0Hx	Hybrid day class (online + face-to-face)
0Lx	LLC-only section
5Hx	Hybrid night class (online + face-to-face)
1xx	Lab section (sciences)
2xx	Discussion section (humanities)
3xx	Problem section (maths)
5xx	Night lecture (past 5 PM)
6xx	Lab night section (past 7 PM)
7xx	Exam section
HNx or HON	Honors-only

Proposal

• Add the filter and handle its state in the same way as the semester filter
• Refactor the grade type and gpa calculation function to handle the new data format and use the new API endpoint: /grades/semester/sectionType in all data calls

Updates from meeting notes after discussion in Trends meeting and input from Product:

• The filter should filters grade distributions to only include selected types of sections. For example, if "Online Sections" is selected:
  • If a prof has no online sections historically, filter them out
    • BUT if they are teaching online next semester, keep them in
• This operates exactly like the semester filter
• Inside each card, at the top right, include a horizontal toggle between all, in-person, online, hybrid. This is a local override
  • Justification: Ex. If John Cole teaches ethics online for the first time next semester, and I set the modality filter to online, I won’t see his grading history, but I would like to know how he has taught in the past in-person before

Tasks:

• Modify the way we store grade distributions to allow filtering out grades from certain section types
• Add a filter and make sure it works
• Add the horizontal toggle/chips inside each card
