Test Suite

The library will need a comprehensive test suite. Integration tests are hard on "stochastic programs", but maybe we can get comparability to e.g. MUQ with some small-scale examples. Anyway, good unit tests will be key.

• Collect possible test scenarios
• Draft test suite
• Implement test cases

Integration tests are partially there, might be good to have some more systematic unit testing at a granular level.
