[Window Controls] Can't move the window beyond screen edges

When I use the Window Controls extension to move the window, it stops right when it touches the edge of the screen.

I don't really know how to describe this using words, so here's a video:

Hello,

This is a browser limitation since we're using browser APIs. I plan to add electron API support eventually which should fix this issue. Just note electron APIs don't work on browser.
