About the PR

Spray painted objects no longer reset on ship load
Unfortunately disables the destructible component of paintable canisters being copied. TODO until it's fixed
It's just so the color of the destroyed canister changes on paint, not needed

Technical Details

When an entity is spray painted, it gets the SprayPaintOnMapInitComponent which auto paints the object on map init, such as when a ship is loaded into the game

Post ship load, command door and repainted air canister paint stays!
