This PR:

  • Removes manual membership requirement for Assets created with V3 data protocol
  • Adds a helper function to identify in runtime the data_protocol used.
  • Nightly CI workflow to avoid dependencies conflicts in the future.
  • Pin the tifffile version and Zarr version <3.
