Steps in the project

Create a React app with 'npm create-react-app art_digitalization'
Install the dependencies: 'npm install --save web3 && ipfs-http-client && @openzeppelin/contracts && chai && chai-as-promised'
Design the page receiving the information to upload to IPFS
Design the smart contract to manage the art digitized into an NFT
