Wrong center coordinates for traffic sign #197

In ConstructionObstacle_Town12_Route78_Weather0/anno/00022.json.gz and ConstructionObstacle_Town12_Route78_Weather0/anno/00023.json.gz, I have found that the location and rotation of object id 8129 is very different("location": [-83.80070495605469, 4301.3623046875,172.7003631591797], VS "location": [-83.80070495605469, 4301.3623046875, 372.70037841796875], , ) which is abnormal. Why this happened and how can we deal with it?
