To allow us to learn about how our teams work, we believe that we need to actively look for viable pilot groups because we believe that feedback from actual users is necessary to validate that Water Cooler is actually making communication better

To allow us to learn about how our teams work, we believe that we need to support attachments because our user research analysis has shown that exchanging and discussing files is a critical part of the work for design shops and would be still be quite helpful for more technical dev shops.

To allow us to learn about how our teams work, we believe that we need to support emailing back and forth to arbitrary outside contacts because our without it, users will be forced to fall back on email.
Future Stories
- To allow us to learn about how our teams work, we believe that we need to support basic search because our own use has shown that after extended usage, finding historical messages can become sufficiently cumbersome to cause frustration and change user behavior in an undesirable way (Link to User Research Analysis showing that when finding historical messages is sufficiently difficult, users will become frustrated and begin doing things like reference previous discussions in prose in a new conversation, rather than continuing an exisitng conversation or linking to it because they couldn't find it.)
