Add ANN along with csv file for the dataset

There are three minor changes needed:

1. The problem statement,i.e, what are you trying to solve should be added in the first text cell.
2. A comprehensive description of the dataset. The description of the dataset helps in understanding the choice of model from Keras.
3. The name artificial neural network is very generic, as you are using Sequence Model rename the file accordingly.
