The PR CI failure was a stale merge ref race on the formatting fix; pinning black prevents version drift from the cached venv on reruns. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Keep black pinned at 23.12.1 for CI formatting stability while adopting main's pytest>=7,<10 constraint from dependabot. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
