Replicates the nexus-testnet-v2-0-rc-1 side-by-side track for rc.4 on the
testnet chain: its own env/namespace = its own Cloud Run services, GCS
prefix, and on-chain registry, isolated from the rc.1 track.
Adds the nexus-testnet-v2-0-rc-4 arm everywhere the rc.1 track appears:
- ci.yml: workflow_dispatch enum option, iterate/** branch trigger,
nexus-testnet-v2-0-rc-4-* tag trigger, concurrency arm, deploy/prepare/
register target-ref ternaries, and the prepare if-gate.
- offchain-tools.{deploy,prepare,register,readiness}.yml: environment
resolution ternaries.
Pairs with a new GitHub environment (NEXUS_TAG=v2.0.0-rc.4,
TOOLS_NAMESPACE=nexus-testnet-v2-0-rc-4) and a one-line networks addition
in tf-nexus-tools.
