The email template is meant to use the html.form.history model hence it uses the id of the newly created history record. However it would be good to have a condition check so if the email template is not associated with html.form.history then it uses the record_id instead. |

When you try to send a mail after form submit some times return an error saying "This record does not exist or it's not available" this will fix them!
