This repository contains all the scripts relative to the barn swallow pangenome paper Secomandi et al. A chromosome-level reference genome and pangenome for barn swallow population genomics. Cell Rep. 2023 Jan 31;42(1):111992. doi: 10.1016/j.celrep.2023.111992.
The scripts are organized in two main folders, the first one Plots and figures regarding the generation of figures and plots, and the second one Analyses containing all scripts used for the different analyses and workflows.
