This is just a POC as I did not have time to deep dive into it yet. I am just showing a PR per the requirements. I loaded up Julia on my local machine and clone the repository. I then added the flux packages to the Project.toml. I added a test_flux file that is just a simple NN to show that the concept of a NN using Flux and Julia.
This was very interesting and something a bit new for me so I enjoyed it.
