- Remove `typing.Optional` use. - Remove default argument of `"utf-8"` from `.encode` call.
- Added tests that check rate limit being applied and triggered.
Expanded tests for making sure endpoints for decky are not behind auth.
Split endpoints into separate files, grouped by functionality.
Bump all dependencies
