The curated/ files hold maintainer-verified evidence: production
users (verified-users.json), community
feedback with verbatim public comments
(user-statements.json), and protocol
delivery records (protocol-delivery.json).
An entry appears on the dashboard only with a public evidence URL and a
maintainer-set ISO verification date.
The daily build publishes machine-readable per-SDK profiles at
docs/profiles/ alongside the page: raw signal values,
sample sizes, coverage states, freshness, and evidence URLs. The manual
snapshot workflow freezes all inputs and headline values into an immutable
snapshots/<quarter>/ directory so cited numbers stay reproducible.

python3 -m unittest discover -s tests runs the offline regression suite
against the collector code extracted from the workflows and the dashboard
builder.
