Added AdminPage that allows for user authentication (PUT), deletion (DELETE), and a refresh button (for whenever a new google user signs in). useEffect sends http request (GET) that executes api route upon opening the tab.
added api routes/handler functions (app/api/users/route.ts) that executes sql query on the server to neon database --> returns users or updated users and sends json response to frontend to be displayed
