leaf-markdown-viewer: Rename from leaf-md

[z-Fng]

Renamed the package to maintain naming consistency across package managers, per the upstream maintainer's recommendation.

Rationale for the rename: leaf-markdown-viewer is the official package name used elsewhere in case of naming conflict. This rename unifies the name across all platforms, avoiding multiple names for the same tool and preventing user confusion.

Given how recently this package was added to Main bucket, skipping the multi-month deprecation process seems reasonable here.
