Previously, the setup_package.sh script did not correctly handle the glibc-gconv-modules-extra and glibc-locale-base packages. This commit fixes that, furthermore parallelizing the ulp extract command. Signed-off-by: Giuliano Belinassi <gbelinassi@suse.de>
