Allow the demo application to send arbitrary system information provided as json file.

How to run this for example:

$ cd connect
$ make build

# Running against a local glue with a regcode attached
$ SCC_HOST="http://localhost:3000" REGCODE="<some regcode>" ./out/public-api-demo SLES 15.6 x86_64 cmd/public-api-demo/examples/system_information_with_arch_specs.json
