Description

When using the cds-dk Helm templates, the global.template.registry value must be set.

This conflicts with the kubernetesDeploy step, which also prepends the container registry URL. As a result, the image name may be prefixed twice, leading to invalid references such as: docker.registry/docker.registry/imagename:tag.

This PR introduces the step parameter NoContainerRegistryPrefix, which allows the kubernetesDeploy step to skip registry URL concatenation when necessary.
