[WIP] UI upgrades, new 3D menu, and various small improvements

This isn't finished yet, but when it is, this PR will include:

• The return of the 3D loading screen, properly integrated with the intro and initialization differences
• A new, non-janky menu that doesn't look like a 4 year old prototype
• Improvements to the visual style and customizability of the song player UI
• Various other improvements and optimizations I've made for my personal builds over the years

thanks for pointing that out! i'll take a look and see if there's an easy way to add a fallback font
