  • Decreases the time to delete unused circles from 60 to 30 days. I see no reason unused circles should be kept around longer than other types of unused items.
  • Removes arbitrarily setting the timestamp of unknown circles to the the current time. (Likely the reason it is unknown is because it is very old.)
  • Reports the last-usage timestamp of unknown circles as 0 instead of now.
